Carol,
My take on this is that there is obviously no substance to this article.
It seems to be written by a highly intelligent anti-Semite, who has taken a lot of care to stay within the law, avoiding overtly racist remarks.
On the other hand, there are a lot of anti-Semitic code words and phrases that signal the writer's true intent; e.g. Lord Schmooze, derisive; Lord Levy had displayed his hold over Mr Blair; Why would Hindus give to Jews?'
I would say this article is alarming to Jews because of its vicious tone and would seem to presage some nasty battles ahead for the Jews of Britain.
