I appeared at the Women and War Festival in London on 11 July to talk about the legacy of women pilots in World War II ; the director the the festival, Sarah Berger, arranged for an actress, Lucinda Curtis, to read from my book, 'Spitfire Girls.' The audience was wonderful and I was touched that Lucinda was so deeply moved by my chapter on Amy Johnson.
